Refund Policy

The Aviator Demo is free and uses virtual credits only. No real-money transactions occur within the demo, and there are no in-app purchases to refund. If you make purchases via our Cart (for example, merchandise or other products), this Refund Policy applies to those purchases.

1) Eligibility for returns
Return window: 30 days from delivery for eligible physical goods.
Item condition: unused, in the same condition you received it, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories.
Proof of purchase: a valid order number or receipt is required.
2) Non-returnable items
Perishable goods or items with hygiene seals that have been broken.
Gift cards and promotional coupons.
Digital products delivered by download or code (unless required by applicable law).
Customized or made-to-order items, unless defective or damaged on arrival.
3) Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery through our Contact page with your order number, a description, and photos (if applicable). We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

4) Return process
Initiate: submit a return request via the Contact page including your order number and reason.
Authorization: if eligible, we will issue return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) if needed.
Shipping: securely package items. Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

5) Refunds
